During the first two weeks, I’ll help you choose the right topics and develop a news agenda to outline a newsletter that’s unique and worthy of people's time.
Then, I’ll use my standard writing format to create a template in your email CMS with space for your ads and media that make it easy for your team to add and subtract marketing content. And if you don’t have an email CMS, I can set up and manage one for a small fee.
I’ll also write up a few social media posts and some web copy for the newsletter to help you start growing it on day one.

Each week, I’ll produce an original summary to organize and explain the most important news and ideas in an email-friendly format that’s about as long as your standard news article.
I’ll also produce a list of the best multimedia content from the week (videos, articles, graphics, reports, etc.) with short summaries about each of them.
To focus more on a particular story or idea, you can also request additional articles and reports to promote in your newsletter that live on your website.

Each month, I’ll review and share the newsletter’s KPIs to keep improving and growing it, while giving you the opportunity to offer your own feedback and ideas.
My minimum viable product is to produce a steady return on your investment. Over time however, with a growing audience of your own, you can accomplish a lot more and I’ll give you the platform to do so.
